Two-tier organization of complex organizations

One, two-tier organization

Double-layered tissue is composed of two sets of independent warp decibels and two separate sets of weft yarns, which form two layers of overlapping fabrics. The two layers of fabric can be separated from each other or connected together. The warp and weft yarns in the surface layer are called the surface warp and the surface weft; the warp and weft yarns in the inner layer are called the meridian and the weft.

On traditional shuttle weaving machines, we can use double layers to weave two separate upper and lower fabrics, tubular fabrics, double or multiple fabrics, and two-layered fabrics that are joined together. Double-layered tissue can be divided into five types of tissues according to their different connection methods.

1, ordinary double-layer organization

Ordinary two-layer organization, that is, the organization used to weave the upper and lower fabrics independently. By using a common double-layered structure, two fabrics can be woven at the same time on various looms, but the weaving efficiency is very low and it is not actually adopted. Ordinary double-layered tissue simply utilizes its double-layered weaving principle to weave tubular, double-width or tie-bonded double-layer fabrics.

2. Tubular tissue

On a shuttle weaving machine, a double-layered structure is used for weaving, and the two edges of the upper and the lower two fabrics are consecutively connected together. The tissue at this time is called a tubular structure. On the new shuttleless looms, we cannot weave.

Tubular tissue can be used to weave hoses, papermaking blankets, cylindrical filter cloths, seamless bags, and synthetic fabrics. The key is to ensure the consistency of the organization point at the connection between its two edges.

3, double weaving organization

Fabrics with a width one or two times wider than a loom on a narrow shuttle weaving machine must be woven in double or triple weave. When fabricating double-width fabrics, the upper and lower fabrics are connected on only one side. When the fabrics are removed from the loom, the fabrics are doubled or several times wider than the upper fabrics. Such organizations are used in wool fabrics, such as papermaking blankets. However, the width of the new type of loom is now relatively wide, and fabrics with larger widths can be directly woven, and it is not necessary to double-weaving or three-weaving fabrics.

4, double table for layer organization

The weaving principle of the double-layer table-to-table layer organization is the same as that of ordinary double-layer organization. This type of organization only exchanges positions along the contours of the fabric with the different colors of the surface and the lapel, the surface latitude, and the latitude. The positive and negative sides are alternately woven with colored yarns to form a pattern, and at the same time, the two layers of fabrics are connected into a whole. This kind of organization is mainly used in thick and thick wool fabrics and can directly weave grids with contrasting colors. When designing, the number of organizational loops of the two basic organizations exchanged between the table and the table should be equal or a certain multiple relationship.

5, binding double layer organization

The two layers of the fabric in which the two layers are closely joined together are referred to as a tiered double-layer fabric, and the tissue is called a tiered double-layered structure. This kind of organization is widely used in wool and cotton fiber fabrics, and it is generally used to weave thick or heavy combed wool fabrics, furniture fabrics, and upper cloths. According to the difference between the two upper and lower binding methods, the two-layered structure can be divided into five types.

(1) Connected to the next method to connect the two-tier organization.

(2) Connected to the next method to connect the two-tier organization.

(3) Jointly connect the two-layer organization.

(4) Bonding the bonded two-layer structure

(5) Weft-joined double-layered structure.
