Dogi company in Spain has developed a series of functional elastic fibers, with a sun protection effect. The series will be sold to Dogi's swimwear and sportswear customers in July 2008 (2008), including Marks & Spencer in the UK. Dogi's developed fiber, which has a sun protection factor of 50+, said demand from the market is expected to increase as global warming worsens and increases the public's fear of the sun's UV rays. Dogi actively expanded its functional fiber footprint and launched its aloe fiber range last year.
