In the local market, printed T/C polyester-cotton dresses for the colder season, dyed T/C jackets, and jacquard-printed T/C fabrics are all performing well in sales. Some large-scale retail outlets are now operating with smaller quantities but a wider range of products, ensuring continuous turnover. Additionally, several former factory-style fabric suppliers have shifted to handling more varied orders, with frequent local deliveries. After the holiday period, many stalls found themselves out of stock, leading to a surge in local orders, which in turn caused some delays in product delivery.
Meanwhile, there is growing interest in spring and summer fabrics for next year, particularly thin-type women’s materials such as Jiefengdengdae, 75D-100D FDY bright triangle-profiled yarns, cut flowers, satin, pearl satin, bright crepe, soft crepe, simulated silk plastic flowers, and others. On the lighter side, semi-lightweight FDY fabrics like snowflake, snow crepe, snow satin, and nano-crepe, along with Shun Chi crepe, bright chameleon, flash Shun crepe, and other delicate fabrics, are also seeing active trade. These items are being bought in small quantities with a wide variety of options available, reflecting a dynamic and evolving market. Overall, the textile sector continues to show resilience and adaptability, meeting the changing demands of both retailers and end consumers.
