Article 9 Conditions of Shipment:

Article 10 Objection and Claim for Quality and Quantity/Weight: After the goods arrive at the port of destination, if the buyer finds that the quality and/or quantity/weight of the goods does not conform to the contract, the buyer may, in addition to the liability of the insurance company and/or the shipping company, The seller shall file an objection with the inspection certificate issued by the inspection agency agreed by both parties. The quality objection shall be filed within 30 days from the date of delivery to the port of destination. The quantity/weight objection shall be filed within 15 days from the date of delivery to the port of destination. The seller shall reply to the buyer within 30 days after receiving the objection.

Article 11 Force Majeure: The seller is not responsible for the fact that the seller cannot deliver the goods within the time limit specified in this contract or cannot deliver the goods due to force majeure. However, the seller must notify the buyer immediately by telegram. If requested by the buyer, the seller shall provide the buyer with a supporting document of the accident issued by the relevant agency by registered mail.

Article 12 All disputes arising out of the implementation of the relevant matters of this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If the agreement cannot be obtained, the defendant country will conduct arbitration according to the arbitration procedure rules of the defendant's national arbitration institution. The arbitration decision is final and has the same binding force on both parties. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise decided by the arbitration institution.
